3 MANAGEMENT MODES
First In, First Out
This mode allows you to manage the flow in a first-come, first-served model. The client registers in the queue for the next available slot. The customer can track in real-time his waiting time or the number of customers in the queue. He receives alerts to let him know that his turn is approaching and then when it's his turn!
The appointment mode allows customers to select the day and time slot of their choice according to the availability of the place. He can receive reminders for his appointment
This mode allows customers to make an appointment or move as quickly as possible on the same digital queue. In the event that the queue is ahead, the position of the appointment customer is maintained, for example, if the customer has made an appointment for 2 PM, the customer will be well expected at 2 PM. On the other hand, if the customer has selected "come as soon as possible", he will be called as soon as there is availability. It is possible to differentiate the modes according to the interfaces, for example, it is possible to offer appointments only on an integrated interface on a website and a FIFO mode on a terminal present in the equipped place.
