The SNCF shop at Annemasse station has set up Lineberty to manage the meeting with an advisor. Customers have the option to make an appointment on the Lineberty app or web app depending on the availability of the store. Customers also have the opportunity to spontaneously present themselves in store, they will then be registered in a digital queue to meet an advisor. No need to queue, customers receive alerts when it's their turn!
