        No more waiting at the showroom!

        At Point P and Envie de salle de bain, customers take advantage of their free time to refine their projects while waiting to meet an advisor!

         

        As soon as they arrive in the showroom, the customer registers in a virtual queue from the Lineberty terminal, where their waiting time is announced. He indicates his reason for the visit, and then receives his confirmation by SMS.
         

        He can visit the showroom serenely and be inspired by the exhibition products for his project, or enjoy the relaxation area by drinking a coffee.
        When it is his turn, he is notified by SMS that his advisor is waiting for him in the relaxation area.

         

        When the advisor is available, he goes to meet his client and greets him by name.
        Relaxed by his controlled expectation, the client will be able to share his project with his advisor, who completely listens and is available for him, and will be able to make proposals.

         

        At the end of their visit, the customer has the opportunity to evaluate their experience at Point P and Envie de salle de bain, in order to allow the showrooms to continuously improve.
