Lineberty manages the reception in all Air Austral agencies on Reunion Island. Customers have the option to make an appointment on the Lineberty app or web app depending on the availability of the agencies. Clients also have the opportunity to spontaneously present themselves in an agency, they will then be registered in a digital queue to meet an advisor. No need to queue, customers receive SMS alerts when it's their turn!
