    Lineberty got off to a strong start at Paris City Hall for the 'Heritage Days'

    Lineberty was implemented for the very first time at Paris City Hall for the European Heritage Days on September 19th and 20th 2015.
    More than 4,000 people used Lineberty to visit the exhibition without having to queue up, which is more than 30% of the total number of visitors, and more than 50% during peak times.
    This project is part of a cooperation between the City of Paris and Lineberty to equip several events.

    Lineberty dematerializes the ESSCA business forum

    During the ESSCA (Ecole des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers) business forum that was held on February 5th 2016, Lineberty enabled 340 students to use their mobile phones to schedule their interviews with 30 businesses and 60 interviewers attending: more than 1,400 interviews were scheduled/rescheduled in advance and on the very day.
    This meant no more queues, delays and stress from waiting around. It also allowed everybody to enjoy their time!

    Lineberty frees up waiting time for Notre-Dame's Towers!

    From May 4th to 8th this year, Lineberty made the queues to visit Notre-Dames's towers a thing of the past.
    More than 6,500 people, including 90% of foreign tourists were able to avoid queuing up by booking the time slot of their choice. Thanks to its wide range of features, the fully international Lineberty platform (mobile app and text messages translated into 5 languages) proved it was easily able to manage all flows from a high traffic location.

    Lineberty helps with tax refunds for customers at Galeries Lafayette

    Galeries Lafayette Haussmann welcomes more than 25 million visitors a year, most of which are foreign tourists - more specifically Chinese tourists. It's also the world's biggest tax refund scheme. Lineberty was implemented to help manage waiting times for Chinese customers when having their tax refunds processed.


    After a decisive test at the Chinese groups tax refund, Lineberty manages, since the beginning of June 2017, waiting time at the tax refund of all individual tourist of the Galeries Lafayette

    Lineberty in Air France agencies


    Lineberty currently helps manage customer reception at the Air France agencies of Paris Invalides and Opera, with a view to deploy it across all Air France agencies.

    Lineberty wins judges' favourite award from Vinci Startup Tour

    The Vinci Startup Tour is a roving European competition that aims to unearth innovative and promising initiatives that reinvent the digital customer experience in facilities operated by Vinci Concessions (motorways, airports, stadiums, high-speed lines). More than 400 teams applied from 12 cities in France, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

    No more waiting line at the cutting service

    Leroy Merlin chose Lineberty to test its application in the store of Ivry sur Seine, one of the biggest in France. In position since November 16th in the store, all the customers of the cutting service can take a ticket via the application or via a kiosk which sends them their ticket by SMS.
    By dematerializing this waiting time, the customers can then take advantage of it to be inspired, continue their purchases or drink a coffee while LIneBERTY queues up for him

    Lineberty manages waiting line at the checkout!

    Lineberty is now testing with several retailers ), to dematerialize waiting time at the checkout ). By proposing " precise appointment at the checkout ", retailer offers to their clientele the possibility of resuming the power at their time of shopping, while freeing itself from the stress that the waiting line can generate.
    By arriving in the store or during his shopping, the consumer chooses when he want to checkout, on the Lineberty app. He is notified when his turn is coming and can reschedule his ticket at any time
